This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit or use serenagroups.com (the "Website"), including when you contact us, ask about a clinical study, ask about becoming a trial site, request access to our article library, apply for a role, or otherwise interact with the Website.

Separate agreements, privacy notices, research protocols, informed consent documents, sponsor agreements or other terms apply to information collected in connection with a clinical study, a registry, a research project, patient care, or any other activity conducted outside the Website.
The Website is an informational and professional resource. It is not a patient portal, an electronic medical record system, a clinical data system, or a method of transmitting patient information to SerenaGroup or to any healthcare provider.

These forms are intended to collect contact information so that a study team can respond. They are not intended to collect medical histories, diagnoses, images or insurance information, and the pages say so.
Our consulting pages collect company or facility name, first name, last name, email address, job title, telephone number and a message.
Where the Website offers a registry or study interest form, it collects the facility and contact details described on that form.
